fareSPY is a flight price intelligence platform operated by Zerano Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. fareSPY is accessible at farespy.zerano.one. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all fareSPY products, features and services.
By accessing or using fareSPY, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use fareSPY.
fareSPY does not hold an Ontario TICO registration and does not process flight bookings. All transactions occur directly with the airline or travel provider on their own platforms under their own terms.
Flight prices displayed on fareSPY are sourced from affiliate data feeds and may not reflect real-time inventory. Fares are subject to change at any moment and may not be available when you attempt to book. fareSPY makes no guarantee that any displayed fare will be available, bookable, or honoured by the airline or booking partner.
Error fares and unusually low prices identified by Arsenal techniques are particularly time-sensitive. fareSPY accepts no liability if such fares expire, are withdrawn, or are cancelled by the airline after booking.
fareSPY participates in affiliate programs including Travelpayouts and others. When you click a booking link and complete a purchase, fareSPY may receive a commission from the booking partner. This commission does not affect the price you pay. We disclose our affiliate relationships in accordance with Canadian advertising standards.
By subscribing to WhatsApp or email alerts, you provide express consent under CASL to receive automated notifications from fareSPY. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.
Alert delivery is subject to network availability. fareSPY does not guarantee delivery timing and accepts no liability for missed alerts or bookings missed as a result.

All content on fareSPY — including Arsenal technique names, AI assistant names, product names, design elements, and written content — is the property of Zerano Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. fareSPY™ and the fareSPY logo are trademarks of Zerano Inc.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, Zerano Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of fareSPY, including but not limited to lost profits, missed flights, or booking errors. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to fareSPY in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms as fareSPY evolves. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
